Access that still works in year five
Everything behind the wall needs to be reachable long after handover. Hinged and demountable panels give the AV team access to brackets, cabling and rack space without tool marks or damaged finishes, and ventilation is designed in wherever equipment sits enclosed. Fixed elements carry a five-year warranty, hinges, runners and locks three years, and integrated lighting and controls one year — so the parts most likely to be serviced are the ones easiest to reach.
Every meeting starts with a wall. Ours holds the display, swallows the cabling and lines through with the rest of the room, so the technology reads as architecture, not equipment.
A media wall has to satisfy the AV integrator, the joiner and the client's brand at the same time.

Every wall is drawn, cut and edge-banded for the room it is going into.
CLEAN AIR AS STANDARD
EGGER E1E05 board at 0.05 ppm formaldehyde — the same level as natural wood.
DRAWN, MADE, AND FITTED BY US
In-house CAD, CNC manufacture in Corby and our own installation team.
Drawn around the AV schedule
Send us the display model, the bracket centres and the rack position and we will draw the wall around them. Apertures are cut to the panel on our CNC lines, not trimmed on site. Cable routes, ventilation and service access are fixed at drawing stage and signed off on your shop drawings before anything is cut — and if the specification moves late, a larger screen or an added soundbar, we revise the drawings and re-cut rather than improvising on install day.
